Credit Card

No Threshold Commission

Uncapped, monthly commission paid on EVERYTHING you bill. Starting at 15%. Additional bonus paid quarterly if your target has been achieved!

No KPI’s or Micromanagement

We don’t believe in KPI’s or micromanagement  of everything you do. We agree your Monthly and Quarterly monetary target and work together to achieve it.

Genuine Work/Life Balance

Chained to your desk until 7 o’clock every night? We work between 09:00 and 4:30 Monday to Thursday, and work from home on Friday. You get a day off on your Birthday 

Christmas Shutdown

We close over Christmas every year to make sure we recharge and spend time with the people we love. In 2021 we had an extra 7 days holiday- in 2022 it will be 8!

Salary Reviews

Salaries are reviewed annually but this can be sooner if you are a higher achiever and on your hard work and commitment to Novus
