No Threshold Commission
Uncapped, monthly commission paid on EVERYTHING you bill. Starting at 15%, topping out at 40%. Additional lump sum bonus paid quarterly if your target has been achieved!
No KPI’s or Micromanagement
We don’t believe in KPI’s, tracking or ridiculous targets for everything you do. We agree a single, quarterly monetary target with everyone, and work together to achieve it.
Genuine Work/Life Balance
Chained to your desk until 7 o’clock every night? We work between 08:00 and 4:30 Monday to Thursday, and work a half day EVERY Friday!
2 Week Christmas Shutdown
We close over Christmas every year to make sure we recharge and spend time with the people we love. In 2018 we had an extra 11 days holiday- in 2019 it will be 12!
Great Working Enviroment
Casual dress code in the office, Pool Table, PlayStation, Golf, Drinks Fridge, regular team lunches, evenings and days out all on Novus!

No one in the team is still on the same salary they started with us on! We make sure everyone is rewarded not only based on results, but on effort and commitment to Novus
